Shawnee Development Council, Inc. is currently accepting sealed bids for the following contracted services at designated agency locations. Contracts will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder based on pricing, qualifications, and responsiveness. Shawnee Development Council, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the agency.

 

​Upon award, the selected vendor must provide:

• Proof of business registration and good standing in the State of Illinois

• Proof of required business insurance coverage

• Completed W-9

• Signed contract agreement

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the service being procured and delivered or mailed to the appropriate Shawnee Development Council, Inc. office location as specified in the bid notice. Submission deadlines will be stated in each individual procurement announcement.
